Oh, yeah, I need to go back and make all those areas clickable, don't I. It isn't automatic. I'll go ahead and do that later tonight. I haven't e-mailed it out to the members yet.

Okay, I fixed it so that all links are now clickable. I also made it so that you could click on "Continued on Page 2" and it would send you to page 2. :)

Yeah, much better I think.

I even added bookmarks to the PDF. :) I just e-mailed it out to the members, so hopefully I didn't forget anything else.
