I am a slim guy and will like 2 put on some weight and look more healthy. Can high regular intake of protiens such as milk and beef solve my problem? What is the effect of reducing carbohydrate intake?

But please, what do you mean by 'good calories' Calories that come from natural or unprocessed foods such as, whole grains, dairy products, fruits & vegs. etc... You should stay away from junk food and soda as these provide you with a lot of worthless calories (all the fatening power without any nutritional value). |
