I just got a copy of "The Magic Of Believing" at the used book store. I have only read the first two chapters, but I like it so far. Has anybody else here read this?

When I was younger, I read tons of these books, but it was sort of an in one ear and out the other type of thing. But no, I haven't read it recently. Keep us updated if you would. danielx 04-29-2004, 04:32 AM Keep us updated if you would. Yes. I would like to know if I should add this book to my list. Also who who is the author? Tom 04-29-2004, 07:49 AM For what it's worth, it gets good review on Amazon. Tom 04-29-2004, 12:30 PM Oh yeah, I meant to answer your question. It's Claude M. Bristol. deeplu 01-09-2005, 04:28 PM I just got a copy of "The Magic Of Believing" at the used book store. I have only read the first two chapters, but I like it so far. I am just finishing it off now. For the most part, I enjoyed it. It coincides with several other books I am currently reading, such as Joel Osteen's "Your Best Life Now." If nothing else, it makes you more open to the idea that what we dwell on will often come to pass. Enjoy, Lane BecomeMotivated.com remezsa 05-09-2005, 01:35 PM I have read "The magic of believing" by Claude M. Bristol about 3-4 times, many years ago, and liked it very much. I still have my copy of the book. After reading about it at this forum, I have taken it from the shelf, put it on the table in front of me, and sat down to write this message. I highly recommend this book. CJS 05-10-2005, 09:39 PM Thank you for the recommendation. I like the title, and the paperback version is reasonably priced. :thumb: Wandy 05-11-2005, 02:08 AM I haven't read the book yet but from what I hear from you guys it sounds really good, where can i get a copy for myself? I love these types of books for obvious reasons, the one I've read so far is by U.S. Anderson its called the Three Magic Words, it showed me the power of believing aswell and the power in our minds as human beings and also that we are much capable and able to create really big dreams and ambitions than we think. You can get the book from Amazon. Just search in Google for "the magic of believing + Amazon, and you will get to the book. They are selling it for $6.99. The power of the mind is a very interesting subject, and nowadays there many good books about this subject. Have anyone read any of William Walker Atkinson's books? Jason 05-28-2005, 10:13 AM The "Mirror Technique" from the Magic of Believing is enormously valuable. It is my favorite way to say affirmations. Truly awesome. And as for William Walker Atkison, I am devoted to his works. Awesome stuff. Jason |
