:tiphat: I just wanted to say hi. Im Melody. Im a Realtor in Southern California. I have been licensed for a while, but part time just didnt get me my first sale. So, I quit my 9-5 job in February of this year and Im determined to succeed. My goal is 20 transactions this year. Next year I want 50.

I don't have a client base so I spend my days making cold calls in the area...about 400 calls a day....gets me about 75 contacts....and so far that gets me one or two warm leads. I also go door knocking, but I can't get the numbers like I do on the phone, so thats not frequent.

I have a son, Im divorced, live with my mom-which makes me feel like such a loser...and I'm so ready to get my self to the point where I can be on my own I could explode.

I'm here to find some unbiased support. At the office I find a group of coffee swigging housewives. If I get their support I wont go anywhere.

I attended a seminar last week....it was Mike Ferry, he is big in Real Estate training. He really got me motivated and I got the schedule. Now I need to stick with it. I believe this will work if I do. Wish me luck. And suggestions are always welcome. :thumb:
