Hello All!

I'm 26 years old - from Seattle, Washington. I've been self-employed for about 7 years or so, and won't have it any other way from now on.

Just a tidbit about me.

BTW-Are we allowed to promote a site as a signature in this forum?

Thanks

Thanks for the Welcome ya'll....

What is the difference between a quick reply and a regular reply?

hmmm...Im posting this with quick reply. The difference is that regular reply has the advance editor interface with message preview. Did you maybe click on "Go Advanced"? That will take you to the regular reply interface.

I'm in Sunny San Diego now. I was born in Dallas Oregon in 1954. Moved down here from Portland in 1998. I have a buncha frinds in Seattle, and used to cover Seattle & Vancouver as part of my territories when I did Video Security '89 - '92. Oregon & Idaho too.

We get pretty much the best of all seasons Ya got seasons there? Oh yeah .... theres:
the Rain Season,
the Cold Rain season,
the "Is that snow? Nah, it's just Rain" Season,
the Gloomy Rain Season,
the "God, will we ever see the Sun again" Rain Season,
the not-quite-warm-enough Rain Season,
the excellent for 3 weeks Season,
and
the "Awww Maaaan! it's Raining again" Season.

I like Season 7. It is really beautiful then! :thumb:

One of the biggest things I miss about the Northwest? TREES!
Oh! We have trees in San Diego!
NAH! Ya got Big Bushes! :D

LOL!!

We do get a lot of rain up here. The past few years the weather patterns have been changing pretty noticeably, (maybe el nino to blame) and most of the rain has been dumped on us in the fall, and winter. In fact, last summer many started to worry about a water shortage.

The one thing about Washington that will will always keep me rooted here is the landscaped, snow capped, mountain views. WOW!!! There's a real uplifting feeling in the energy that they excude! I think it's important to take the time to appreciate stuff like this. It helps keep balance in life.
