if ur askin me...then yes.

they may have been born into a less fortunate situation but staying there was a choice. i know a lot of people will argue that they didnt haev the resources or the oportunities etc etc, but most of know, we have so much unlimited potential and personal power that we can overcome anything. being poor is one of those things that is not a permanent. so yes, maybe lets not call it "fault" but choice or situation they stayed in or put themselves in

Remember NitT this is a global review not just a US centric one. So, if someone is born into a poor, resource limited country, they have far less chance of ever escaping it than someone who has been given lots of opportunities for example in the west. A heck of a lot of people in the world can't even read and haven't been taught to read.

maybe thats why its hard for me to say it isnt the poors fault that they are poor....because i do not know what its like there...

Yeah I can see what you mean - poor is a relative term perhaps.

My first reaction was... maybe some people aren't prepared to become mercenaries or thugs or drug dealers or corrupt, as that is probably what it takes in some countries... but maybe the more generic answer is... doing whatever it takes?
