I think Consumer lab (http://www.consumerlab.com/) is pretty cool. They test supplements by brand for potency and active ingredients and tell you which ones are actually worth buying.

For those that are low-carbing and eat foods with low GI (Glycemic Index) should check out this Australian website with GI databases, etc. It's a really great resource.
