Does anyone here have a fitness regime that they stick to religiously?
In the last few months I have eased into a regime, but now it's becoming a little more intense. I am up at at around 6.30am to do weights till 7.30am.... usually every morning. Later in the day, around 5pm, I go for a 5km walk/run, depending on what I feel like on the day.
The rate of fitness improvement has been astounding and keeps me motivated to keep doing it.
What is your regime?

I used to go to the gym 5 times a week and I loved it. I haven't done it in a while though, since I don't a have a nice gym conviniently close to me.
The only motivation I ever need to go to the gym is: "I'm paying dear money for this so I'll better take advantage of it!" :)

The only motivation I ever need to go to the gym is: "I'm paying dear money for this so I'll better take advantage of it!" :)
Yeah, going to the gym is very enjoyable. It's a great feeling after an intense weights session.... the scenery is always great too. :D

Jumping jacks 24/7 as long as I'm logged on. This is my girl friend, :bouncy: she brings me water. :yup:

I am not actually going to the gym at the moment, so there's no danger there. :)

Same here... I miss my old gym. It was a really nice one...even the exercise bikes had videogames. :)

I'm just heading to the Gym. 24 Hour Fitness. A little warm up, push and pull a few weights, do a nice stretch on a Swiss Ball, do 22-44 minutes on the ellipical and treadmill, then jump in the pool for about 44 laps. Sometimes more. Unfortunatly, the pool is indoors (in California? :hmm: ) for therapy use. Although, I just heard of another location with an outdoor pool. i'm checkin it out this week!
