Hello all. I'm excited about finding SuccessVibe and hope to gain new insight and positive reinforcement from the posts here. I'm in the technology field, an IT Director to be exact. I'm searching within myself for new career direction whether I remain in technology or mow lawns. I've been with the same company for 17 years and I'm finding my tenure works against me as I interview with other companies.

I've made a committment to set goals and work to achieve them, but I've never been good about setting goals for myself. It's funny really, I can set and maticulously achieve goals for my company, but fail to approach my personal life in the same manner.

Anyway, enough rambling! Look forward to reading and posting!
