I remember when I saw Him speak live a in a conference He had mentioned reading over a thousand biographies of famous and successful people, and creating a giant wall chart out lining the principles of success He could distill and define from these political and business giants. I love business books and have found that one can learn from great leaders either in a textual form on from a mentoring, personal role. I know I really liked Jack Welch's, Jack: Straight From the Gut.
