Has anyone listened to any of his CDs or attended any seminars and if so, do you recommend them?

i have listened his audio program. Art of exceptional living. must say a person worth listening.

I actually just got 3 of his CD sets and by "just", I mean they arrived 2 days ago so I haven't listened to them yet.

I got The Challenge to Succeed, Cultivating an Unshakable Character, and The Art of Exceptional Living.

I'll let you know what I think of them after I listen to them.

Do you find that these audio packages (or any packages) really helpful? Are they more motivational or do they really give good advice? Have you ever applied any techniques to increase business or personal well-being?

Don't get me wrong, I'm all about listening to advice, but I just don't know if I'm up to hearing someone rant about something they "know will work", but never tried it themselves.

Jim Rohn is an excellent source of inspiration, motivation, and wisdom. I have used and benefited from several of his programs.

I find myself, very often, thinking back to something he has said in order to apply it towards a situation or decision that I am working through or working towards. His quotes are worth the listen alone....very wise and thought provoking...almost like:"Ahhh..I get it now".

Jim Rohn is also Tony Robbins' mentor and success coach. Tony's first success and fortune came from promoting Rohn's strategies and products.

And true, this stuff really works IF and ONLY IF you put what you learn to work in your own life, and ALLOW yourself to be inspired by it.

Yes!

I have several of his programs and I have listened more than once.

I always find him motivating! And, I have recommended him to the men in the classes I teach, In fact, I just posted one of my favorite articles of his on my blog and sent it to the folks who are one my ezines.

I'm definitely a Jim Rohn fan, <grin>!

If you think Anthony Robbins is good, you'll love Jim Rohn. Guess who mentored Anthony Robbins--yes, the one, the only Jim Rohn. The wisdom of Mr. Rohn will last you a lifetime. You owe it to yourself to add him to your list of mentors for success.
Check him out at www.JimRohn.com You'll be glad you did.

Yes, Jim is simply the man I love so much. He has really helped me a lot. Not laid a hand on his tapes but his books have been wonderful.

I've listened to a couple of his downloadable audios (I tend to avoid CDs because the shipping charges to NZ can be exorbitant, but I do like my downloadable audios) from The Jim Rohn International Success Plan, which I'm subscribed to free through my home business.

I find them *really* good. He does tend to speak in metaphor and parable a lot, but at the roots of what he says is good common-sense wisdom based on a life of accumulating knowledge. I've picked up quite a few practical techniques from the audios I've listened to, so it's definitely not just inspiration :-)

Best wishes
