I really liked this book, and it helped me. I was able to visualize what I wanted ; things just fell into place after that.

I've heard it's good, but I haven't read it myself. Is the major emphasis on using visualization? Anyway, thanks for the tip. CJS 03-18-2005, 11:24 PM It is about visualization, and it is about the power of meditation too. There are certain areas of a person's life that have to be complete and it emphasizes that. sarah 03-20-2005, 03:06 PM It is good to hear that this book has helped you improve on your life, but can you give us some examples on how it helped you? Was there a certain quote or something that you went by from the book to help you become a visual person etc? Just curious. I love to read but I want to know if this book is really worth buying or not worth getting. How did it help you in your life? I really liked this book, and it helped me. The book helped me there and also with my relationships with others. He talks about "love tanks" that we all have, and when one is low, it can make you think that some other relationship is bad, when it is actually due to the empty love tank. He breaks down age groups too. The book helped me learn how to meditate too. That was a major plus for me. sarah 03-20-2005, 11:08 PM This book will definitly be one on top of my list of books. Anything to help out the relationship, help you meditate etc. sounds like a plus to me. Well, actually, I was having a relationship problem. It really helped me recognize that my problems were about my behavior and not someone else's. It also helped me with having acceptance of situations and not trying to control others. danielx 03-22-2005, 02:06 AM Thanks for the info. I will check this book out. CJS 03-22-2005, 07:04 AM I think what really got me in this book was the emphasis on wanting what you have already. A lot of people say, "I hate my life" blah, blah, blah. You have to like what you have already to be able to have more. :) Tom 03-23-2005, 01:49 AM So true! fitsister 11-03-2005, 02:45 PM I really liked this book, and it helped me.
