My name is Jon. I happened across this forum just yesterday and said to myself, "FINALLY!! A forum devoted to success (without the spam that has killed other forums)." Currently I am the financial controller of a $150 million dollar manufacturing company in North Mississippi. But, I am looking to get out of the 70 hour workweeks that have resulted from the pursuit of SOMEONE ELSE'S financial success.

I've come to realize that success is much more than job title and what it says on my W2. Those thingss come at the expense of quality family time, quality spiritual development, physical health, and much more. I'm not afraid of hard work, and lot's of it. But, I'm ready to invest the hard work in achieving MY OWN dreams. One thing's for sure..... It's not all about the money!

I look forward to learning from each and every one of you, and I equally look forward to the relationships that are going to develop from a forum of this caliber.

All the best!

Tom

I'm an elementary school principal in central Mississippi. It sounds like you're experincing burnout. What would you rather be doing?

Welcome! Well, we hope to keep it that way. This forum is actually moderated. (Points to the right.) ;)
