I'm almost finished with this book and find it quite inspirational. She spends a bulk of the book more so on explaining the importance of self improving which undoubtedly is one key element to affluence and prosperity. She also avails several strategies in this juncture.

I just happened to come across this book one day while in the library and after reading a few pages, i went right out and bought it. My personal opinion - This is a great book.

Retirement at 26, wow that would be great! Can't imagine it would happen to me though but maybe if I get this book it would change my thinking. Just the title alone I think about my mom and how she will have to work for the rest of her life which sucks if you hate your job which she does.

Can you list some key points on what she talks about. You mentioned she discusses self improvement but on what? Little list would be good or key topics however you want to think of it as if you don't mind.

I like when someone else shows enthusiaum towards what they read. Makes me interested in reading it too. Thanks for the suggestion.

Don't sell yourself short. You can achieve most anything you want if you put your mind to it. In the book she spends a good deal of focus on self esteem, and she also devised strategys for building low self esteem. She deals with coping, how to deal with diffucult people and difficult circumstances. It all starts with dealing with yourself and throughout the book that is what she mainly conveys.

Here is a couple of her quotes:

"If you want to change your life, change your incentives, your purpose and your accountability."

"If you want merits for your suffering and you really want medals of honor for your affliction, find ways to heal."

"Life rewards action only."
