Well, as a recovering TV addict. It's the same factor as described above with anything, eating, substance abuse. It's plainly abuse. Thank You for bring it up. The fact is these things should be use as resources/tools. Anything else puts us in danger. I'm in tr :bonk: ouble becauseI'm going past two hours right now. :bonk:

We are a disorder loving society. If you are addicted to the internet then you don't have to take responsibility for your overindulgence.

If your life is falling apart because you're spending too much time on the internet, don't blame the internet, blame yourself. Then turn off your computer.

I agree, if your life is falling apart , after all it's YOUR life you need to fix it.I went from mindless TV watching to one hour a day(mostly news).Since then I have started simplifying my life and finally commited to my personal path.
As for the computer I usually don't surf, but visit the forum like three times a week. Time is a precious commodity, and still seems to fly no matter what I do. :wave2:

Some of us have the choice of being on the internet or not, but some of us have to be on as part of our business. I looke forward to weekends when I can be on the internet for enjoyment only. During the week for work I am on doing research 5 -10 hours per day - YUGH.
