Awesome Quote! Thanks! I love this quote - I first heard it back in 1989 when I went through Rita Davenport's "Laugh Your Way to Success" program. Rita was an amazing mentor for women in particular, but definitely for Southern women. She just resonates with an amazing power to communicate in a way that feels so good that you can't stop smiling!!!
I remember being told, when I started real estate, that I had the one thing that couldn't be bought...enthusiasm. I don't care who you are, what you sell, who you 'follow', how excellent your education is, how attractive you are, how good your product is, how deep your pockets are or how badly you desire the outcome, NOTHING can help you achieve your goals like enthusiasm and persistance. And even still, persistance is one thing, but enthusiasm is infectuous.
