Rebounding is that thing that looks like a miniature trampoline - great to jog on & do other exercises on! Wish I had one...
I lift heavy, then I hit the heavy bag (boxing). On days where I've worked my shoulders, I substitute 30 minutes of bike for the boxing. -CP
This is how it looks for me at the moment each week: 1 1/2 hour yoga at class (thursday) 30 mins of yoga from CorinneĀ“s book + running like 3,2 km around the lake where I live (weekend) How about you, Joanne?
Typical week 2 body sculpt class per week 1 yoga class per week 1 spinning class (bike class) per week 1 day on stair machine - 30 min per week Ride my bike to work every day. 30 min each way. I like to raotate my workouts to keep my body guessing, but the above is a typical week.
My favorite is walking/ jogging and my eliptical. I sometimes throw my stationary bike in there. When I feel the need to mix it up I'll throw in one of my turbo jam aerobic cd's. I'm also beginning to use my firm workout again which includes lunges and squats and light weights...thats one tough workout :yup: My workouts are usually between 20-45 minutes (depending on the day and time) but never longer, at least not yet. I just got back into it recently and I don't want to burn myself out. I finally took my old Kathy Smith yoga tape and had it made into a CD and I recently started that as well, only 15 minutes of the beginners.
Shut up. Unless you have sex 3-4 times a week and at a minimum of 15 minutes, then it's not included...in my book. I have my own book ya know :yup:

Sounds like you do a good deal of things! I havent got the faintest idea what eliptical is??? About walking, I would say that I at least walk like 30-40 mins a day. I dont count that as exercise, thats just living in my world.
I want one of these: Has anyone ever used one? I talked to a guy downtown a few weeks ago who was riding one around. It looks SO COOL! It's totally powered by swerving the handlebar/front tire. They also make this like snowboards. I think it's an awesome idea! And the guy I talked to said he's lost 40 lbs since getting his!!! Their web site is www.trikke.com
